Trainee / Semi-Skilled Butcher Job Type: Full-time Job Description To work in our growing wholesale team on the factory floor and to learn all aspects of Butchery. This will cover; -Health and Safety for an FSA approved site, and -Butchery of pork, beef, lamb and poultry All of our products are prepared to a very high standard. You will be trained for preparing meat products for further processing within food manufacturing. This is an opportunity to develop your career working for a successful company. You will be supported and trained to become a skilled Butcher. The Working Week Days of work - Monday to Friday Hours of work - 40 hours per week - 7am to 4pm with 1 hour lunch break per day This includes: 28 days holiday Pension You must have a "can do attitude" and be able to work individually and as part of a team. You will be driven and keen to progress and learn new skills. The interview process will consist of a site tour and a block test to assess your current knife skills.
